MyoStudyBuddy was created from a recurring observation in massage therapy education: many students and newer therapists understand the material but struggle to apply it confidently in exams, practical assessments, and real learning situations.
As therapists transition from school into practice, there is often an added layer of uncertainty around professional readiness and business responsibilities. This platform was built to help support that transition in a practical and approachable way.

The idea for MyoStudyBuddy grew out of experience working within massage therapy education and program coordination, with insight into how programs operate, how adult learners engage with material, and how assessments and accreditation standards shape education. Seeing these gaps firsthand highlighted the need for learning support that focuses not only on exams and skills but also on preparing therapists for the realities of practice.
MyoStudyBuddy is supported by a collaborative team of licensed educators and instructional professionals with experience in education, instructional design, assessment development, and test validation. Alongside this educational expertise, the platform also includes learning resources focused on professional development and business fundamentals—such as practice management, communication, and growth—designed to support therapists beyond graduation.
